    Yeah but do they still only pay for search traffic?

    If so, useless. Plus you're part of their staff.

    How can you say I am part of their staff? And secondly, yes they still pay for the traffic from the U.S. and it's a growing company so it will take time for them to allow ads for international users. Grabbing traffic from the U.S. is not a big deal though.
