Dynamically updated <title> & <keywords> - good or bad for SEO?

Our classifieds is dynamically updated to a current state, city, category and sub-category (plus the ad title when you visit it). It's never really the same when it comes to ads. Is it good or bad for SEO? Will Google keep up with all the dynamic changes?

I think there will be no problem if each updates is related, because I often see great blogs changes its title over times, but still retain the rank in google. This may be the same for keywords. Google will not update it instantly, according to my experiences, the listing will be updated after several days.

I see. Thank you for the response. The thing is, our ads expire after 10 days, so for them to index them will be almost a waste of time. I don't think Google indexes craigslist over and over again.
