    like dynamic website you can always rename the URLs and optimize normally

    to optimize a dynamic website you need to modify your ht access so that you can modify the url second you need to add a plug ins if you are using wordpress or other web 2.0

    yaa u create your body part, header and footer are dynamic but left part or right part not create dynamic see in my signature website i already use that type of work.

    How are you displaying the dynamic pages? If you are using PHP chances are it can be spidered, if you are using javascript then you may want to change so the websites can "see" what is on the page.

    Using .htaccess file you can redirect your dynamic url to staic url...which are user friendly as well as crawler friendly.
