Dynamic URL help please

    Hi,

    I am here to ask a question which confused me a lot. Is this the dynamic url http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/help-desk-features.html?editions=EnterpriseEdition. when i told that it is, many people wont agree it and they told its a reference. What is your opinion? Is it effective in SEO? Can I promote the same URL to gain backlink? Please help me..

    This is the URL which is rewritten by .htaccess file. and now it shows as a simple static link. You can set editions=EnterpriseEdition properties in parameters of link in Google Webmaster tools.
