Dynamic title insertion in search pages

    Hi,

    Can any one let me know the positive and negative impacts of using dynamically generated title, description and keyword tags for search result page of the site. I want to make a job site and want to insert dynamically title, description and keywords in the search result pages. For ex. as some job sites has done like naukri.com.

    Please give me your valuable suggestions on how it will be beneficial in terms of ranking and by search engine point of view.

    The search engines won't like it, it will affect your search rankings negatively.
