dynamic,static,50/50, what's the difference?

    I still couldn't figure out the differench between dynamic,static,50/50.

    They seem to have no effect at all. What are they for?

    One shows ads staticly, one shows them dynamically (different ads each time you refresh the page), and one is a mixture.
