Dynamic Search Ads - how to use ?

I still confuse with Dynamic Search Ads - Could you explain more ? Do you try this ?

My understanding is that these are still in a limited private beta worldwide so they are not yet available to the general public?

 

it still in beta but can't wait for it to launch because if it useful , it may help us increase in conversion .
What i found is Dynamic Search Ads able to generate it own ads title to get higher conversion rate base on our landing page text and query .
