Dynamic Keyword Insertions In Destination URL

    Let's say I have an adgroup with a bunch of misspellings, can I do dynamic keyword insertion in the destination URL?

    Something like this...

    Destination URL: http://www.domain.com?{keyword}

    Would that work?
