i want to change the IP...without closing my internet connection.....If we reboot the modem then for a small time...the connection breaks...

It's not possible to change your IP unless you turn off your modem/router. No type of software allows you to do this.
You either have a dynamic IP, or a static IP. IF your IP is dynamic, reboot your router/modem and you'll get a new one. If your IP is static, you can use a proxy - http://www.softwarespy.info/proxy.html , or you can use this tutorial on how to make your own proxy
Lots of differnet tpyes of software do actually. Web proxies, and proxy based local software among them.
I was recently banned from a web forum. The admins on the site IP banned me so I am unable to even view the site. I want to be able to still view the site. Is there any way for me to do that? Possible IP change? Is there a site that I can access that I can view the forum from? Any help is much appreciated!
