Dynamic Insetion still works for trademark?

I guess, i can only use Dynamic Insection on Display URL, however, for ad Title, Ad text1/text2, DI doens't works out if the keywords contains certain trademark.

But anyway, i find that one of my competitor can use trademark in his ads, that's really weird. Is there any trick that i don't know beside asking the trademark onwer for the permission of using that certain trademark on Adwords?

 

You can make some tricks, but if you want google respects you, please respect google too
