    Vinod some people want their images indexed. The name of a page impacts on indexing so it is fair enough that the original poster was concerned about the names of images.

    search engines are reading text! not images!

    if you give google bot to eat an image with a rabit, he won't understand that image is a rabit, until you add an ALT/title/anchor to that picture!

    That's true, but honcivex was worried about the naming of his images and the impact that might have on their being indexed. As you've pointed out - other factors come into it, and presumably you agree that the name can be dynamic and not have a negative impact.
