We use dynamic keyword insertion for the destination url - xyz.com?kw={keyword:} Our software tracked our ads, our stats matched googles.. Then google suspended our ads for inaccurate ad text, and emailed us that it was because the page at url xyz.com?kw={keyword:} (i.e., the literal url) looks like: "no results for {keyword:}" We emailed them, said that their software doesn't allow them to review dynamic urls or that not all their staff are with it, but they replied that the admin interface does generate dynamic urls and that all of their staff are competent, and yet, also please could we remove the warning to naive google employees we put up at xyz.com?kw={keyword:}, as if they could get there at all if their interface generates dynamic urls... "..realise this must be frustrating for you..recently updated our..", but leave us to guessing whether they really are incompetent... What have we done wrong? Or is it them?
Problem solved. If this happens to you: The rep who took over thought that "dynamic" meant that the url had a question mark in it. He wasn't aware of what happens to {keyword:}, so make sure your rep actually understands this before having an argument about dynamic urls...
