Dynadot Problems

Ok, so I registered a domain at dynadot and they provide grace deletions so you can get your money back (minus a small fee) if you delete the domain within 5 days.

After 24 hours I deleted the domain, so I have 4 days left (dynadot say you only need to leave 1 day), so I left 4x what was needed but they still failed to do it, wouldn't even be polite in emails so I opened a dispute in paypal about 2 weeks ago, which is now a claim.

Now, I ordered an SSL certificate for a completely different site from dynadot but it has been processing for 3 days, so I emailed them and they say it wont be processed until I withdraw my PayPal dispute.

Can they do this? It is a completely separate domain and matter. What should I do? Dispute the second one as well?

They can do anything they want - and not processing further orders when there is an open dispute isn't unusual. I would suggest working it out with them, or going with another provider for any future services. You can't force them to go ahead with the other order.

Yes but they have my money, I don't care if they don't go ahead with it as I can buy it elsewhere - but I want my money,
