DXlineHosting To stay or not to stay?

    i have been with dxlinehosting for a while and support them all the way [OFFTOPIC]hint my name :) "dxlh" the 12 year old kids can even guess what that stands for.[OFFTOPIC]

    anyway normally i only have to wait 10 mins or 20 for a support ticket reply but lately i have been waiting for 1 - 2 hours. should i be worried? like are they getting busier or is the business falling? please help i need to know wat to do and soon.

    All hosts prioritize support requests and it could be they have more urgent matters to attend to. You could argue that they need more support staff, but if we get asked questions that are easy to find and answered in our online knowledgebase, videos, or troubleshooting guides then these support tickets get assigned the lowest priority and get answered eventually with a link to the article. That is slightly tempered by the price people are paying with higher paying customers getting faster support than those paying less - except when there's a problem with a service.

    Who knows if their business is in trouble. Why don't you contact them and ask? They just might be busy, or having trouble getting enough people to cover support (people off sick, vacations etc), or maybe there is a different problem.

    Yeh, i got it sorted they was just having problems with one of there nodes and they was very busy but overall i guess im a happy customer again :)
