Duties of DBA

DBA is a person , who plays very vital role in designing a data base. It is also responsible to maintain the security issues of a database. It also play role in name convention.

 

Are you trying to tell us something? I'm lost. If you have some valuable information I would love to read it because I build and maintain databases at my job, despite very little training or experience.

 

This is information at primary level that I want to share with the all member of forums. I have also intention to learn from here.

.The database administrator or DBA is responsible for maintaining the database, applying the patches and upgrading the database.The DBA is also responsible for maintaining the security of the database.
The DBAs responsibilities includes installing the database on a production system.

DBA is database administrator , he has vital role in database management .His work is to define scheme ,the basic structure of databse, he has define rules for security etc
