    I don't think there will be many people here interested in this site but i'm going to try anyway :D

    Site is: http://www.dikke-ezel.be ('dikke ezel' means 'Fat Donkey')
    Around: 220 - 250 unique visitors per day (Belgium and Netherlands: 50-50)
    Around 300.000 pageviews per month and growing.

    I never monitized the site so i don't know what it can make. However I guess if you put CPM ads on it @ $1 per 1000 or $0.75 per 1000, it will make quite a nice amount each month.

    I never advertised the site and 90% of traffic comes from word of mouth and search engines.
    Skin is unique and created by me (comes with 4 different versions of the flash header). Site runs on a custom CMS system coded by myself.

    PR 4 expected.

    I'm looking for offers between $500 and $1500
    Site must be sold asap because i don't have the time anymore to keep updating it :(
