I need a opinion about the dutch laws. I have a website with many bikini/topless/naked pictures of girls (over18) I choosed a dutch server because is the best (for the price and band) In my index page i have a disclaimer for the age for users and the age of model..like many dutch website. My website is free nobody must give me their private date. Is it ok? Please help me Thank you!
Just because it's legal to smoke weed in The Netherlands doesn't mean you can have a naked/bikini/topless website.. No joking.. i don't know sorry:$
Well.. nude pics are alright, if all nude pics are from girls over 18 YO.. if not, you're illegal But what you do is allowed yes, but ofcourse you need a disclaimer... Also.. with Dutch, you mean the Netherlands? Or Belgium? Because in Belgium it isn't easy to own a site like that, but in the Netherlands it is Greetz
I think he means The Netherlands and yes it's easy to have a website like that here. All hosts accept it here.
having a website with bikini/topless/naked pictures of girls (over18) is not illegal in most europe. but if is under age then of couse it is illegal. also having server in netherland is not illegal for any pictures or video but the server is very expensive when you compare with USA. if you sure about not hosting any underage then it will be fine.
I choosed Dutch (Holland) server because in Us there is 2257. I have every documets about US2257 but because i dont' live in USA is difficult to bring the documents in any place in America. My pictures are all over 18!! In many dutch website there is only disclaimer for the age of models and users I hope there isn't unknow dutch law
I am not an expert on dutch law, but you should be fine if you have documentation the girls are over 18.
