They just copy pasted my web pages the script actually it's the same which anyone can buy. But what about google what can I do to not harm my website. I really don't know what to do as the website stole my content is at a webhosting site which has no contact info and looks like crap too.

I'd try to contact them and tell them to take the page down or you are going to file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act claim and see what happens. I had someone steal one of my sites pages word for word, so I contacted the owner, and asked him nicely to please remove it, and within 15 minutes the site was taken offline.

I have had a heap of troubles with different people completely stealing my sites :(

I first try the nice and friendly email. Unfortunately in most cases this doesn't work then I have to get a lawyer to send them a letter, then they usually remove it quickly. Actually I usually have a letter sent to the hosting company and they pull down the site. Its crazy how bad people rip of sites - such bastards!

He even copy pasted my google ads code, tracking code, analytics, kontera code. I found him by my own logs because his domain was taking images, links etc by mine.

I have a screenshoot, he changes the template from time to time, the default that the AIHS script has and then mine.... he's testing it I guess.

The webhosting company it's a website place I can't find any information. He has porn images etc and if he uses my ads code I might have trouble too.

If google finds his website with the same content serps will kill me big time

Was your content already indexed (text and images)?

It's not double the money because I will have the trouble by the ads and if googles find it duplicate it will just penalize both websites :(

My content is indexed long time ago and google bot is always on my website, when I change something in content, the changes reflect to the search engine in less than 24 hours sometimes.

    I am just angry!

Vaggos, here is where you can report his website:

    www. google. com/dmca.html
    www. docs. yahoo. com/info/copyright/copyright.html
    www. search. msn. com/docs/siteowner.aspx?t=SEARCH_WEBMASTER_CONC_AboutDMCA.htm

It might take a long time to get his site off, so in the meantime, I would suggest you send them a friendly e-mail asking them to put the content down. If that doesn't work, send a letter to their hosting, like rbleyer suggested. Hope this helps.

P.S. I had to break up the links, because I'm not 7 days old on DP forums yet :)

There's not much you can do other than contact him and request that he make changes.

If you are really desperate, offer a new template for his site. See if he doesn't accept that.

Thanks for your advice, one thing that makes me happy is that there are guys like you :)

For the moment he removed my content. I will also check if he has a license also for the script.

Yay, congrats! Still, I'm thinking it's the duplicate content that mattered more, so even if he keeps the script, it's not that bad :p

We help because we hate content ninjas as well. It didn't happen to me yet to get stolen of (a lot) of content, but I'm sure I'd be rightly pissed, as it's my work. Especially seeing how I wrilte all my content by myself.
