I just have to clear one doubt that why webmaster tools shows duplicate meta for the paging. If site is showing listing for some services and that site is showing paging for the results. For Example If site shows Web Development Companies in Delhi. One page shows 20 results and site is having 5 pages for that. So in that case Will that site use same meta tags for those 5 pages or it should change meta title for the pages.
Yeah this also happens for me. You should not worry about these issues. If you use Wordpress then install Wordpress SEO and you should be fine.
If you have so many services then you can make a single title tag with keyword variation & if these are different pages then you have to make title manually for each page.
You can add little variation by appending the page number after the title like 'services in Delhi - Page 2 ' and so on.
Thanks you guyz for your replies. But my confusion is not yet cleared properly. For eg. Main domain is xyz.com and it's providing services that is xyz.com/services-in-delhi and paging will come like xyz.com/services-in-delhi-2 and so on. So in that case we have used same title for Delhi (Services in Delhi) and webmaster is showing duplicate title , so should i use variations in Title as you guyz suggested Services in Delhi- Page 2 like that. And the most important thing after using variations google will considered it different pages or one page that is having all the listings.
if you have different content on those pages, Google probably won't consider them duplicate, but might suspect that you're trying to cheat it somehow, because otherwise why would you call your pages in the same way if they serve different purposes. At the same time, when a site has content that's located on several pages, one should use pagination (rel="prev", rel="next" attributes). here, read this http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2011/09/pagination-with-relnext-and-relprev.html if you set up pagination, Google will think - aha, this is page 1 of the same piece of content that's continued on page 2, etc.
