Duplicate Title Tags Problem?

    Hello everyone, Few weeks ago, I changed my WordPress website template to " yootheme sync " after that count of Duplicate Title Tags in my Google webmaster's account increased too fast and today has risen to over 2000. most of them are like this:

    /2012/08/something/page/10/
/2012/08/something/page/38/

    and 
    /tag/something/
/tag/something
    Code (markup):
    Does anyone know how to fix this permanently?? and which part of my new template can be reason of this problem? also I use All-In-One-SEO plugin, can it be reason of this problem?

    Try a modern SEO plugin such as YoaST's Wordpress SEO. It handles paging for title tags (so each one will be "unique" due to the page number).

    Not sure about the tag one without seeing your site. At a guess, you have categories and tags with the same name. Again, Wordpress SEO can help you here, by allowing different titles for tag/category pages, e.g. you could prefix the titles with "TAG:".
