Duplicate title tags - Different pages

    Hi,

    I just found out in Google Webmaster that I have over 100k pages with duplicated title tags.

    The problem is that my site is translated in three different languages (Slovenian, English, Croatian), but all have the same title tags.

    Example (title tags: Nežen poljub by svarci - Galerija - Slo-Foto.net)
    http://www.slo-foto.net/modules.php?name=Galerija&file=details&image_id=48070
    http://www.slo-foto.net/modules.php?name=Galerija&file=details&image_id=48070&newlang=hrvatski
    http://www.slo-foto.net/modules.php?name=Galerija&file=details&image_id=48070

    Because of that GW shows me that I have 3 duplicates title tags.

    Does anyone have solution how should I avoid duplicates title tags for translated pages?

    If possible, reprogram the translation module to add the name of the language at the end of the title.
