Duplicate title entries shown in Google due to change in Blog name

I changed my blog name in wordpress from
homepage name to a new name. But i now have duplicate entries indexed in webmaster tools.
For example earlier posts were indexed as
www.new-web-business.com/...postname...
But now second ones are indexed as
www.new-web-business.com/blogname/...postname...

Hw to eliminate this ??Please help

 

change back to its original name.... or just re-submit your sitemap to google (the new one) .... it will be back to normal in a few days.

 

Do a 301 redirect.

 

My sitemap is submitted via wordpress plugin. Where is the root of the problem

 

Make the file writable on your server to 777..

Install it, configure it and wait until Google index your page.

yeah i would use 301
