I have an almost duplicate site. All 300 or so pages have been indexed in Google. There has been little updates to the site in 2 years however, and the site doesn't have all the content that the new site has including, new text & content, special offers, customer comments etc. To redirect all the pages on the site to the new site might be an issue and take time, and arguably isn't worth the time invested. It's written in .net. There are no links to the old site. Should I just redirect the homepage, and either delete the other pages or exclude them through the robots file? What strategy would you suggest?
Apply cannoical tags on the pages which are duplicate. If the home page is duplicate then redirect it to the domain that you want to stay live.
try .com it will be a great domain name , it will usually bring a lot of traffic. robot.txt will bring a lot of traffic and stable traffic.
I totally agree with rakesh.tcy, because this tags is very helpful to find out duplicate content or site.
its totally spamming and you do not move any more google banne you and maybe send your site into sand box beware ok
