    Hi!
I had a page first at www.mydomain.com/whatever, than I made virtual host in apache named whatever.mydomain.com, which pointed to www.mydomain.com/whatever. Both url's were visible and crawled by googlebot, I assume that's why both url's were (after about two months) removed from google search results or at least put to the very end of the search results for keywords I am absolutely sure they should be on the first page (like the title of the site). I corrected the thing by making www.mydomain.com/whatever/index.html file with redirection meta tag to the whatever.mydomain.com. How long do I have to wait before getting back to where I already was 1. page for some keywords? Can I somehow quicken the process?

it depends on how often the bots crawl your site

I have a sitemap on whatever.mydomain.com and googlebot is there almost every day, but I don't have it on www.mydomain.com and crawler was there at Dec 24. Is it enough that googlebot visits pages once?
