Duplicate keyword / invalid status errors when importing keywords

    I'm getting the following errors when importing keywords from a CSV file:

    1). Please select a valid status.

    1). The keyword ... was not added to the ad group because it is a duplicate.

    I've no idea why I'm getting these errors. I've set "Component Status" to "On", nothing invalid about that, and I'm certain the keywords aren't duplicates.

    Has anyone else encountered (and hopefully overcome) this problem?
