   here is two sites which are using same contents ,
   http://www.mypagerank.net/service_spiderview_index
   and
   http://www.iwebtool.com/spider_view
   
   Both are in top ten on Google for keyword " spider view"
   
   why Google didn't any action ?

   Duplicate content % of these pages is very minimal. Menu text, sponsor ads...this is what makes these pages unique.
