I've had a big problem since yesterday.

I recieved an email about my domain. The email was from lawyers about the name of my blog. The domain is a famous dead persons name. And they told me about how they own the copyright for the estate. ect etc. They talked about suing.. yadda yadda yadda

To make a long story short, I deleted my blog from the domain and plan on giving them the domain back at the beginning of the new week. Now I've started a new blog within the same niche. What I want to do is copy/paste some of my articles from the OLD site (which is now completely deleted) and put them on my new blog. Will I face any kind of problems with this? Or am I ok?

Left behind about the copyrighted. You can buy other thousands new domain, and make it get best on top SERP.

Start it back up. If they don't like it, then they can buy it.

Also, start blogging about this using real names. A good legal battle in the public forum is good for back links. Or, start yours up again and discuss it there.

    Just have fun with them.

Also, there is a good legal section in DP for reference.
