I posted a new (original) article last night.. And posted it.. Today i was ranked first in google for the keyword.. But unfortunately.. some other site has just ripped the whole article and now they are ranked ahead of me.. am down to second.. i posted a comment on their site to atleast link back to the source.. They just deleted my comment off.. Ahh.. this hurts.. Is there any solution to this?
Yes, there is. I've written a blog post that may help you: http://www.explodethenet.com/a-6-st...le-from-stealing-your-website-content-10.html
Great solutions! would you allow me quoted from your blog.? http://www.adulu.com/showthread.php?p=505 thank you
Adam's site basically covers it all up. You post in your site that they aren't allowed to use it. You use copyscape to detect if someone is violating your copyright. You send them a letter telling them to remove the content. If they don't reply, then send them another letter, this time more formal and legal. Send a message to the webhost. They'll take it more seriously then the site itself most of the time.
Adams site is great, I even bookmarked it! Great job you've done Adam. I hate people that copy content from other websites, it's ridicolous, sooner or later they will be caught anyway. Meti
