Thanks. But if those sites I mentioned are doing things like this then, I think they modify the content a bit to make it unique and still give out a source of links to be double protected. So google still sees their content as Unique giving them better results and due to the given source link it never even scans it for Duplicate content . How about that for a deal ? And if it is so, I can copy the technology part of one of my Blog and post it to the other one giving a " Source " or a " Via " link.
I've seen a number of these threads on this forum so I didn't bother to read it. Most people will give you garbage information and you'll end up buying products you don't need or doing a lot of extra work just to avoid what so many think is duplicate content. Your article explains a lot bro. I think now I understand the claim because many people have been dis-guiding indeed. So duplication is only a penalty if on the same site and now it provides a logic why other websites are safe. Infact my claim was right too. They give the sources link along with it and change up content a bit to make it unique for Google. I will start working on this strategy now.
About the worst that will happen from submitting the same article to a ton of websites is having most of the articles filtered from the search results. And more than likely you really don't care if people even read most of the articles, they're usually just for links.

Not really. Duplicate content wont get penalizations. However a site with only duplicate contents can end up with penalities

I think you should avoid duplicate content for your both site...Write some attrictive content in your site
I have one article on page for one for its keywords. Same title, same author. One is on my page. The other on Ezinesarticles. Google has it number two for the Ezine article page and number four for my page. I think the difference in ranking is that Ezine's is more trusted and has a higher PR.
Since Google have said they want unique content people are worried if they may be penalised if the just scrape their articles from other blogs, the best way to avoid that scenario is to give Google what they want, unique content, might look hard but if you outsource the material you won't have to worry about the time making new ones
