OK, so here's what I did: I ended up registering both www.mydomain.com and mydomain.com in Webmaster Central. I submitted a sitemap for both (stupid?) and now I barely have any pages indexed in Google. I have quite a few links, and my other sites have not taken this long to get a good amount of pages indexed. It seems like Google think it's duplicate content from the www. and non-www. version of the site. What can I do?
