Duplicate content

i found a blog that copy my BLOG!!!

i mean , the header are the same as mine, and the content.... also the same as mine, man.. he copy all content and paste it in his blog, its like a dulicate blog, not duplicate contents anymore, argghhh.

im really angry.. what should i do about this, really sad and mad bout this

i can tell you the approach i took when i found a so called SEO company copying my blogpost word for word (some SEO company, huh!). i sent them an email demanding that they remove the copied content from their site or i file complaint with google, yahoo, msn under DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and get their site banned. they took down the copied content in no time.

i sent a message to the site owner, i give him few days to remove it, there are lots of other sites duplicate my contents but doesn't matter for 1 or 2 or even 5 posts, i dun care about the credits, but this one copy including the header image!! ..it really piss me off, and he just like wait for me to post new post and put in his blog, just imagine, i made 40 posts last 2 week and he copied all of them!!..

if contents are on blogger just report to blogger using blogger navebar, after no feedback

 

i already look for that but there are no blogger navbar, yes he use blogspot, anyway thanks =)
