For example - I have unique content already on my website only in german, italian, spanish or any other language, and I using google translate to the english or other language and then post in other website. This will be unique or duplicate content??

Google encourages duplicate content in different languages. It's not considered duplicate, it's unique.

it's unique content as far as google is concerned,as long as the meta tags are also translated.

James is right, as long as meta tags are also carefully translated, there's nothing to worry about
