    LoL - you know what comes to mind with all this Dup' shit .... all the tossers that preach about article submissions, you know the ones - "write an article and submit it to all the popular submission / article directories" - that's got to be the biggest waste of time and worst SEO technique (yet the most common and commonly preached) .... because of the duplicate content penalty and removal from search engines .... ie. submit to 200 article directories and only the original will be indexed as the other 199 are removed (for dup content) ....
