Hey everyone, I am having a hard time cleaning up one of my Vbull forums. I am seeing a ton of duplicate title tags and descriptions. How do I best combat this? I am using Vbseo. One of the contributing factors is some posts being promoted to articles and therefor being viewed as the same page being copied over to cms. I have tried blocking the category using robots.txt. I would block the entire cms but I do not want to lose the rest of the real articles. Here are my questions # - How can I block a single section in the cms without blocking the entire cms from getting crawled? # - What can I do to lessen the duplicate title tags and descriptions? One more related question - The keyword showing up most on the site I am talking about is the word "Post".. The site has nothing to do with this word at all. Is there any way possible to block a specific word from being crawled? Thanks everyone. I have been a website dev for many years. I just have not been able to get any real help from other forums regarding these issues so I am giving dig point a try. I have been a visitor at this site for years but have not posted.
