Duplicate content problem

    I just noticed a duplicate content issue on my website. Some identical pages have more than 1 url. Example:
    http://apartmentsrus.ca/index.php?page=property_detail&cid=116 is the same as:
    http://www.apartmentsrus.ca/property-detail-795-Downtown-Bachelor-for-December-1st.116.html

    I'm not sure where the first url came about... Is this a problem? How do I fix it? Also, I have my home page apartmentsrus.ca 301 redirected to www.apartmentsrus.ca, am I supposed to 301 redirect all pages on my website to www version?

    First I will delete the page with the least backlinks..and I think you should keep your home page as it is..

    its better to redirect one of the page to the other so that the links pointing to that page will go to the new page.
