ok, i have several articals i'm going to submit to site's, in exchange for my link at the bottom of the artical. should i submit them to the other sites and let them get indexed before i put them on my set and have it indexed how do i avoide the duplicate content penalty? thanks in advance.
i read an e-book blogging to the bank and the guy's tactic is making blogs with keywords and then doing what you're doing...creating articles for backlinks and he said that so far he has never seen a negative effect. i have no idea from personal experience tho.
http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2006/12/deftly-dealing-with-duplicate-content.html G is saying that there is no punishment because of dub. content but you can be sure there are so many filter about this
IMO, in search engine lingo, a filter is a special algorithm that weeds out duplicate or unwanted content. If your page is a duplicate of an existing page (at least its contents), it becomes subject to a filter so that the search engine result page will only display one copy of that content. Your page won't be banned but simply ignored. Having said this, even if it appears that your site is penalized for not showing on SERPS, in fact it's not.
It's not ignored at all. The duplicate results are transferred to supplemental. You can click the link at the bottom of the search page to view all results (supplemental included). Col
What I mean is that it is not displayed along with the original copy of the duplicated content although it remains to be indexed (hence, the supplementary results).
If your going to submit your article on article directories for sure it will get supplemental results.
sound good, what i'll probley end up doing is just changing the artical enough where it doesn't look the same
