Is there an issue with duplicate content being created from using the #more tag in wordpress? If so, can you noindex those pages?
As far as I know, the search engines do not index pages with a '#' separately from the actual page. These anchor links just take you down further on the same page. The search engines are smart enough to know that these are not separate documents. If you are still worried, upload your sitemap to Google webmaster tools and it will tell you if there are any duplicate content issues.
