you should configure wordpress cms at your domain. You can create it to publish article at this blog or article section. once this post has been cached then you can distribute your post same to same at different article distribution sites. There is content duplication problem but your website link popularity is being increase and you can get good traffic with these article posts.
This distribution will be as RSS syndication....

definitely a duplicate content, it is violation of content rule. sometimes SE penalize sites due to duplicability of content, you better re-word or re-phrase to be on the safe side.

If you want to avoid duplicate content issues. When you post on your blog, just write a "lead in" to the article, at the end of this snippet, just add the link to "read more" and direct it to your site.

    Crisis Averted.

Yes, It will considered as the Duplicate of the Blog. you can use that article in rewrited version. It won't cause the duplicate.

In another way, we can use that same article. after removing that content from the Blog and place that content in to your site page. And place the message " Article is Moved" and Place the Link of that purticular page. This could make search engine that t5he content owner only moved the content to the Other site.

I am not sure about this. But I seen this done on my Competitor site and it is doing well in SERP. This is only Practice not sure.

lol none of you actually helped this guy, except for saying 'yes its duplicate'

well it is duplicate, but their is way you can avoid it, since your the owner of the articles, you can do few things, if you posted the articles on a wordpress.com blog before then delete the blog and in few days the articles from your site will be considered unique.

If you are submitting to article directories, then use 'original source: your site address' etc and direct them to your site, this way their won't be a need to index them multiple times and the content will be marked non duplicate.

    hope it helps
