I'm aware that Google penalized sites for using duplicate content, does this include images? How do they know that images are duplicates? etc.? Thanks
I remember seeing a thread in the BST section, I can't remember if the seller had pictures of celebrities or offering to upload pictures or something but it was image related and they said that they would use this software to make sure Google wouldn't recognize the images as duplicates.
Google don't get images...no need to worry about duplicate images...ya but images owner will claim you...
Come on!! Of course not. Some images are duplicated 1000's of times on lots of sites, you can't even know where it showed up first.
The filename. Google can match the filename, but i don't think they will penalize you for it, unless original image owner complains about you. Normally, the image owner will search the filename using Google. If you are lazy enough not to change the filename, then bingo!
Ok thanks everyone for your information. I've taken this from your information - Make sure you change the image name - Have different alt text Thanks
So after reading this thread its very clear when onetalks on DUPLICATE web Its only limited to text and not to images Very nice discussion
