Duplicate content and anchor texts - HELP!!!

    I have 1 question, if I have anchor text on a webpage and I use the same anchor text in a margin for directing to the relevant page, will this class as duplicate content?

    [​IMG] duplicate content google slap is over talked about. duplicate content penalty is focused on scraper site and made for adsense sites.

    Duplicate contents as the term implies is more about the text paragraphs looking exactly like another source on the web, otherwise one link is no problem in most cases, especially when it's a navigational button.
