Duplicate content is NOT against the Adsense TOS. The only issue is that dup. content makes it very difficult to attract SE traffic. I'd suggest re-writing portions of the content and changing the titles around. This should allow you to bypass the dup. content filter.

Theres no strict policy for duplicate content, however, you are not allowed to use other's copyrighted content on your site.

Duplicate content is not against Google TOS, but duplicate content will effect you website search engine ranking in bad way.

Your ranking will down because Google will think you just copying from other sources.

Low ranking ---> Less Traffic -----> Less Clicks ----> Less Money

Write original content it is more hard work but life is not simple.

It's almost impossible to get traffic from Google using a duplicate content.
Try to rewrite the articles before pblishing them on your sites.

Nope.... all you have to do is have more links and more trust with the duplicate content page, then you will outrank the original source...Now I am not saying that unique content isn't better...cuz unique is almost always better...but if you want to rank for duplicate content gain more trust to that page with Google...do this by getting one way links, one way links, one way links...and some strong directory links like Business.com, Yahoo Directory, Joeant, BOTW and yes even the hell that DMOZ is try to get in their as well.....

True... if you dont link to the page or gain trust....write lots of articles and utilize web 2.0 user generated content sites and link to your pages with unique, interesting content....(Ezinearticles, Squidoo, Hubpages, Wetpaint, Kaboodle, Thisnext, Zimbio....etc)...publish to these sites and watch your content and links spread across the net like cancer.....

Duplicate content has no problem with adsense but search results will have a problem with it. You will not get any traffic from search engines is you use duplicate content.

Try to re-write a significant portion of the copied article, and make it more unqiue.

And if you rewrite an article, don't use a crappy spinner. Actually rewrite it so it still makes sense. I was just looking at some of the pages linking me the other day and found a site that had taken some articles I wrote off an article directory and obviously put them through a spinner. It was so bad, I swear googlebot developed the ability to LOL when it hit that page.

Also, your adsense account might be affected from Smart Pricing.

@MFI - Smart Pricing has nothing to do with duplicate content. It depends on conversion rates.

No it is not against the adsense TOS, but it's gonna be difficult to get organic visits from search engines.
