Duplicate Accounts?

Dear Digital Point staff,

Today I was banned for having a duplicate account. I think this was a mistake because I have never made a duplicate account (well until now to post this but please don't hold this one against me as I will never post here again on this account). My real account name is Derexblack.

I don't understand how this could have happened. I registered on these forums months ago. I had an untarnished reputation including building up a good trader reputation. What possible use could registering another account serve me? I had everything I needed on my real name.

I was wondering if any staff could please help me here. I understand you probably are busy and get a lot of complaining posts here everyday but I've really enjoyed my time here on these forums and have conducted some good business so I was really disappointed to find out I no longer have access. I would really like to continue being a part of this forum. Thanks.
