Duplicate account

    Hi,this is my first post. I just been banned by google because they suspect me as a duplicate account.
    The situation was like this :
    i've been referred by friend to use adwords,sometimes when i go to his house and playing on his computer i login to my account. Because of that maybe google thinks that one IP address have 2 different account.
    What should i do and tell google to fix this??

    thanks i really appreciate some advice.

    Just contact google and explain your situation, maybe your friends IP is banned.

    email google... But I cant understand why you got banned? I have many adwords account with google. They never ban me. ;)

    their reason to suspend my ads was like this:
    "You have repeatedly submitted ads
    that violated our Site Quality guidelines in this or a related account.
    As
    a result, your account has been suspended and your ads will no longer
    run
    on Google. "

    i already sent email maybe for 5 times with no response at all. i ask for clarification coz i thought that i didn't repeated any ads or something.

    Is it possible if i create a new adwords acc with different id but use the same adsense acc?
