any one who have a duplicate account after being banned?? or anyone who appeal for reopen the account and they reopen it?? I guess they dont allow it, Google is very Clever and intellegent isnt it?
Well, basically it happens a lot, but who is going to tell you and get in trouble since some of google adsense team visits this forums ?
the only way you could do this is to register another legal entity and then you use to open an account. They may not go for that either though.
Google adsense team visit this FORUM but Why?? to catch the duplicate account holders or illegal account holder??

That's another very good reason not to mention your AdSense bearing webpages here on DP - that and being click bombed if you upset someone.
OK now I uderstand the real problem, that if you tell come one that you got duplicate account then google adsense team can trace and terminate your account and if you tell your adsense page address he can bann you by clicking on same add by multiple clicks... am i right???
Sounds about right. We're not saying Google do stalk the corridors of DigitalPoint looking for TOS violators, but it's certainly not wise to advertise rule bending on here.
and how about the REopening of account, are they really do reopen or they just refuse any appeal?? I think its just for the LAst hope type thing.
The only refuse an appeal if there is no evidence and all signs point to you being guilty, obviously. They don't reinstate just because you appeal, and they have every right not to. Click fraud is a waste of peoples money, and unfortunately is existent in Adsense and other PPC programs, so sometimes good people get hurt because of others. We get angry when people get banned yes, but there is probably a reason behind it.
They don't only ban for click fraud anymore. They are cleaning out the spammers in a big way. My suspicion is that it is because their content network doesn't produce the ROI it needs to, and they are trying to make it more relevant. If I were to open another account, I would use a fresh computer, and a different IP address. Having multiple ISPs doesn't cost that much. Bill

My friend, if you want another account let your sister or brother open it for you with his name, so when you get the checks he can cash them out, if you use fake name you can't get the money so why you do it at all and waste people time and money ...
if your account is banned from adsense , you are not allowed to join adsense again but i know so many people are doing this
I run a forum, and it's virtually impossible to ban a person. You can blacklist IPs or subnets, but they're going to use different connections or proxies. You can ban email addresses, but they can get new ones from hotmail and yahoo. Many spammers managed to get through and spam on my forum regularly. Now instead of banning all the accounts, I coded a script to identify spam posts and delete it automatically. It's all about patterns. Problems solved. Likewise, how is it possible for google to completely ban a person? If you have a friend, you can get another account. If you have many friends, you can have many accounts. There is no way Google knows that. They ain't god. Yeah they want to play god but yeah a lot of publishers managed to get multiple accounts. I suggest google had better stop banning but concentrate on identifying and voiding invalid clicks. Void them and forget. Banning accounts to stop all the click frauds and TOS violations is absolutely stupid. They think the word "ban" is equal to "tag" or something?
