Duplicate Account Ban

    Hi there,

    I returned back to DP to sell an online property approximately two months ago, only with my main (and from what I thought only) DP account. Having attempted to log back in recently, and failing, trying a number of passwords I've inadvertently stumbled across an account I must of registered back in 2010 as well, this has naturally flagged up duplicate accounts on your system and banned my main account.

    Would it be at all possible to remove this account and reinstate my original one? Both accounts are in good standing and registered around 5 years ago I believe, this particular account has barely been touched.

    The first account registered is always considered the valid account. The ashfield121 account was registered before the other one.

    Understood.

    The only other issue I have is that less than 48 hours ago I put up a domain/website for sale in the 'Sites' marketplace via my other account. I assume if I try relist it again with this account it will automatically flag as duplicate content? Would it be possible to remove the content beforehand, unless you have any other solutions?

    Thank you for rectifying this issue.

    Lastly, it appears my previous account still has my PayPal account linked to it. I'm currently unable to link this account and receiving a server error when attempting to do so. When trying to remove the permissions from my PayPal account I'm given quite simply a "Fatal error".

    Are you folks able to unlink my old account from your end? With it been banned I am unable to do so.
