    very cool web 2.0 theme. Great effort. Add some flash slideshows in front for professionalism as well as add facebook fanpages & twitter for more user interaction

    i think it look better if you put "email adress and password" in right side. good image but you have to add some macroflash image or video.

    I think in the news section you would need to padding or margin it to more left a little bit.
