Dupecop > if it is showing more percentage or less - what it means

    using dupecope if we check a content with the origional content and the result shows more than 40%

    then what it means
    - 40% is different or
    - 40% is copied

    i m little bit confused about that
    kindly if any depier has a knowledge about dupecop - do share
