OK This could go a lot of places but will try here first. Just converted a big blog to WP, 1000's of post involved. Putting in same directory as old but URL's will be different. My question is: Using 301 to re direct 1000's of indexed posts is impractical so how would someone suggest I do that? One idea was to upload WP in a different folder and 301 old folder to new. Once the new starts getting indexed would there be a dup content penalty? Is there a better way?
