Why do you display "Sorry! No Links Found!" on your main page? This is rather confusing. May be you should post the recently submitted sites instead.
Cool idea. You may want to add some anti-abuse tools (approving links, add a captcha, etc) to prevent it from being flooded.
Its a very simple and basic script. I am not looking for a link directory there... Also the links needed to be approved. The script can function both ways .. auto approve and manual approve. Thanx that you like the site.. I will only approve links that are interesting and people will love to visit.. also those new sites that you developed a few weeks and still ppl dont know much about it...
I like it. It's pretty cool But the design of it is a little funky. You might want to fix it up no offence.
Round to square to round ... I would change that so just the tabs are rounded. Also get rid of the hideous outlines (borders).
I think you may want to try a different type of navigation, the links are way longer than the smaller pages.

I just tried your site out. I clicked on JVG's link of the NEED HELP PLEASE on the home page and got a blank url with no page.
