My website gets over 2,000 unique views per day and lately I've joined a few CPM network sites. but the ones i'm currently with are all based on other people signing up for the CPM rate that I offer. Are there any cpm networks that always provide you with a flow of getting paid instead of these RevShare ones and the ones 'you have to wait to get picked'?
